BARWON HEADS HOTEL

This historic venue positioned at the gateway to Barwon Heads, began as one of restoration and reinvention. The understated palette, considered design elements and use of colour and materiality revived the existing interior, transforming the offerings into spaces that reflect the relaxed vibe of the local clientele and seasonal visitors.

The other objective and challenge of this project was to activate the beautiful old façade and front beer garden spaces, creating a statement upon entry to the seaside town with a bold palette and new branding. Careful curation of finishes, lighting and furniture selections creates an immediate visual impact and give this old beauty the street presence its deserves.
